Auckland staycation at the Pullman

Great location for a quick trip to Auckland to catch up with friends and then do the Anzac Day parade. Staff were awesome and we really enjoyed the pool and spa to relax in after the dawn service! We have not been away much and as it was the school holidays we decided to treat ourselves and it was well worth it at the Pullman!

This brand new hotel is possibly the best in New Zealand. The staff go above and beyond. The rooms offer all you could need but the restaurant was suburb. The food is all NZ specials. I had never had Kina before it’s a delight on the fried bread. The beef rib was the best I have ever eaten. Can’t wait to come back

Pleasant stay in a good location

It was a smooth check in process once we arrived at the hotel. We took a taxi from the airport, it was expensive so definitely use Uber if possible. The hotel location is central and within walking distance to most tourist attractions. We found the Viaduct Harbour to be the best place for restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean, our only complaint being that we could hear the room next door coughing and talking. In fact, one night we were woken up by their 3am phone conversation. Rooms should have better sound proofing for such a busy hotel. Breakfast was busy but adequate, the usual buffet food. Our stay was fine, but we probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Lovely hotel, great location, easy walk to Albert park and art gallery. Nice foyer and staff are welcoming. Valet parking is available. Room is tidy, building is old so windows are small. Good tea and coffee facilities in the room. Bathroom adequate but the pump bottles are difficult to use and cheapen the bathroom.

One of the finest hotels in Auckland and it was a great experience. Room , breakfast, location and amazing staff adds to the overall experience. Given a chance would like to visit once again. Closer to the business centre and tourist spots in Auckland
